By using the SweetPhie by Czarelle website you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to enter a binding agreement, or have a parent or guardian's permission. You are responsible for keeping your login safe and for activity under your account.

3. Accurate information

Please give correct names, mobile numbers and pickup dates. We may contact you to confirm your order.

4. Shop hours and open or closed status

We prepare and release orders during our shop hours. The website may accept pre-orders at any time, but we confirm pickup arrangements with you based on when the shop is open.

5. Pre-orders and prices

Prices are calculated by our server when you place the order, including any custom cake builder options, the topper fee and tax. Prices shown in your browser are estimates only. We may correct pricing errors.

6. Payment

You can pay by GCash or Pay on Pickup. For GCash, you submit a payment screenshot and reference number, and we verify it before the payment is marked as verified. We may reject proof that is unclear or does not match.

7. Order acceptance or rejection

An order is a request until we confirm it. We may reject or cancel an order, for example if we cannot meet the date or payment cannot be verified.

8. Pickup and lead times

SweetPhie is a pickup shop. We do not offer delivery. Please choose a pickup date with enough lead time (usually at least 3 days; custom cakes may need more) and collect your cake at the shop address shown in your account.

9. Cancellations and refunds

You can ask to cancel before your order is being prepared. Because cakes are made to order, cancellations after preparation starts, and refunds of verified payments, are decided by the shop case by case.

10. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website: no illegal activity, fake orders, uploading harmful files, attempting to break or bypass security, or using another person's account.

11. Account suspension

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or abuse the service.

12. Limitation of liability

The website is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, SweetPhie is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for interruptions outside our control. Nothing here limits rights you have under Philippine consumer law.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the changes.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
